Reiki is a Japanese Modality used to promote relaxation and stress relief. Reiki originated in the early 20th century, developed by Dr. Mikao Usui. In this modality the practitioner lays their hands gently just above the person's body to channel what we call universal life force energy. During this session clients lie down fully clothed, sessions usually last between 60 to 90 minutes long. Many people report feeling relaxed and experience a sense of well being after Reiki sessions, this comes from pure love . Offering Reiki Shares for large groups as well.

This modality is a meditative experience where participants lie down and listen to various sound waves produced by instruments like gongs, crystal singing bowls and other instruments aimed to promoting relaxation and healing. It is believed that these sound vibrations can help clear mental stress and balance energy systems within the body. This modality may also include tuning forks therapy with weighted and non weighted tuning forks used to optimize the sensations and awaken the cells for the body's realignment. I use crystal and Tibetan singing bowls as well as chimes, drums, gongs and much more to create a transcendental meditation experience.
I host two group Sound Baths a month. Please check my calendar for dates.
Offsite large group events available as well as private in home events for anyone interested in hosting one for your family and friends.

Tuning fork therapy is a form of sound healing. This therapy harnesses specific sound frequencies to influence the body's energy systems helping to restore balance and harmony.

The use of crystals for healing dates all the way back to the ancient times, various cultures have used precious stones for different purposes.

This session is one of my favorites. It begins with Reiki for about 20 minutes, then Tuning Forks, weighted and unweighted, for about another 20 minutes. Lastly ending in a beautiful 20 minute Sound Bath. This ensures Chakra balancing and reenergizing of all the energy fields inside and outside of the body. I highly recommend beginning with this session so that you can experience these three modalities in one session.

Introducing Reiki Level One for parent and child. Enjoy the experience of learning Reiki with your daughter/son. This class is tailored to teach both the parent and child at the same time. It includes the attunement for level 1, a Reiki manual for the child, which includes colouring and a simpler version than the adult version in terms wording so that it is more understandable for the child and an adult manual for the parent to go more in depth. This class is more interactive for parent and child to practice on each other, including gentle meditation techniques to help parent and child explore together. This is definitely a fun class an opportunity to get closer and truly become a healing power team. Age restrictions do apply please call for more information.

This is a fun, one day workshop teaching parents and children about crystals how to choose, cleanse them, programming, and much more. Touching on properties of crystals and Chakras. We cover crystal griding and I include beading where you both learn to make a bracelet and or necklace. My spiritual journey began in 2007 when I attended an "aura picture special" at a metaphysical store in Las Vegas, where I had been living since the mid-90s .My aura picture showed up as very blue, and the gentleman who took the photo recommended that I try Reiki. At that point, I had never heard of Reiki, so I went home and began to res
My spiritual journey began in 2007 when I attended an "aura picture special" at a metaphysical store in Las Vegas, where I had been living since the mid-90s .My aura picture showed up as very blue, and the gentleman who took the photo recommended that I try Reiki. At that point, I had never heard of Reiki, so I went home and began to research it. I then sought out a teacher in Las Vegas, and that is how I met Amy Barilla, who taught me Reiki levels 1 and 2, and with whom I completed my mastery. I consider myself fortunate to have had such a great teacher/mentor. Other Reiki students and I used to attend various Reiki circles hosted by Amy and other talented practitioners, which helped me to expand my knowledge of Reiki.
As I continued my journey, I felt the need to become more familiar with crystal therapy. The Universe blessed me once again when I found my teacher, friend, and mentor, Kathleen Green, whom I am still learning from today. I consider myself her disciple, and she is an amazing being. I am blessed to have her in my life. I also met Regina Murphy, a talented EFT and sound therapist who taught me more about aura photography, sound healing, and EFT with tuning forks. Regina was another beautiful earth angel who made a significant impression on my life and learning journey. Although she is no longer with us, I still feel her presence whenever I perform a session.
In Las Vegas, I had a home-based practice and later went to learn Medicine Buddha, a very powerful modality. In 2013, I moved to Canada and had to wait until I obtained my citizenship in 2016 to work. Unfortunately, shortly after obtaining my permanent residency, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to take time off to undergo extensive chemotherapy treatment. It was a challenging journey, but I learned a lot from that experience. My silver lining was meeting my wonderful husband after completing treatment. Then COVID hit, and once again, I was unable to resume my practice as reiki healing. Finally, it seems like all the pieces are falling into place, and I feel the need to start my practice once again.
My goal is to teach as many people as possible who are interested in learning, and I have started a group in the community with like-minded individuals to host Reiki Share Circles and Meditation groups. I want to offer my reiki healing treatments to whoever may benefit from the modalities I have learned. I like to incorporate Reiki with crystal therapy and tuning forks for my sessions. I feel that since I have this knowledge, why not use it and share it to benefit people? After all, we are all on this journey called life, and we should help and support one another.
Additionally, I am fluent in Spanish, which could be a useful asset for those who prefer to communicate in that language.

In this class you will learn everything from the history of crystal therapy to how to cleanse program and use crystal as well as gridding and giving a crystal session.

In this class we learn how to use tuning forks, picking the right tuning forks all about their various different tones and uses. As well as learning how to clear the bioenergy fields of the body. And last but not least how to use tuning forks in a session.

Twice a month I host Sound Baths which include a guided meditation and some gentle breath work accompanied by the beautiful symphonic sounds to soothe your mind, body and spirit.
March kicking off a Meditation series hosting guided meditation and teaching techniques that help improve overall wellbeing helping to balance mind, body and soul. This is a trial run series if it goes well we will continue the series and eventually take it outdoors to enjoy meditating in nature.
