Reiki is a Japanese Modality used for relaxation and stress relief, it is a hands on hands off session where the energy flows thru the practitioners on to the person receiving, it is an energy that flows from unconditional love for the benefit of the person receiving as well as the practitioners that is what makes it is so beautiful.
As a Reiki Master, I offer reiki training to students who want to learn Reiki and become certified practitioners. My goal is to make Reiki accessible to as many people as possible, and to assist in them becoming successful practitioners. I offer Sound Bath we start with a small meditation mixed with breath work to relax the mind, body and soul. I use crystal singing bowls ,drums, chimes, gongs and other instruments mixed with tuning forks to stimulate the mind, body and spirit with frequencies that clear, recharge and renew your energetic fields.
I host two group Sound Baths a month Please check my calendar for dates.

Tuning fork Therapy is a unique approach to energy healing using weighted and unweighted tuning forks working on clearing and balancing the bodies natural energy points and fields. Tuning forks have different vibrations assisting the body in healing and balancing.

Crystal therapy is a complementary healing technique that harnesses the energetic properties of crystals to promote balance and well-being. In this session, crystals are strategically placed on or around the client's body to facilitate the flow of energy and encourage healing at a deep level.

Introducing Reiki Level One for child and parent. Enjoy the experience of learning Reiki with your daughter/ son. This class is tailored to teach both the parent and child at the same time it does include the attunement for level 1 a colouring Reiki manual for the child and regular manual for the parent the class is more interactive for parent and child to practice on each other and the terms are in a simple version for the child to better understand. Including gentle meditation techniques to help parent and child explore together. This is definitely a fun class an opportunity to get closer and truly become a healing power team. This is a fun one day workshop teaching parents and children about crystals how to choose them how to cleanse them, programming and much more. Touching on properties of crystals, Chakras. We cover crystal Griding and I include beading where you both learn to make a bracelet and or necklace. About Me
My spiritual journey began in 2007 when I attended an "aura picture special" at a metaphysical store in Las Vegas, where I had been living since the mid-90s .My aura picture showed up as very blue, and the gentleman who took the photo recommended that I try Reiki. At that point, I had never heard of Reiki, so I went home and began to res
My spiritual journey began in 2007 when I attended an "aura picture special" at a metaphysical store in Las Vegas, where I had been living since the mid-90s .My aura picture showed up as very blue, and the gentleman who took the photo recommended that I try Reiki. At that point, I had never heard of Reiki, so I went home and began to research it. I then sought out a teacher in Las Vegas, and that is how I met Amy Barilla, who taught me Reiki levels 1 and 2, and with whom I completed my mastery. I consider myself fortunate to have had such a great teacher/mentor. Other Reiki students and I used to attend various Reiki circles hosted by Amy and other talented practitioners, which helped me to expand my knowledge of Reiki.
As I continued my journey, I felt the need to become more familiar with crystal therapy. The Universe blessed me once again when I found my teacher, friend, and mentor, Kathleen Green, whom I am still learning from today. I consider myself her disciple, and she is an amazing being. I am blessed to have her in my life. I also met Regina Murphy, a talented EFT and sound therapist who taught me more about aura photography, sound healing, and EFT with tuning forks. Regina was another beautiful earth angel who made a significant impression on my life and learning journey. Although she is no longer with us, I still feel her presence whenever I perform a session.
In Las Vegas, I had a home-based practice and later went to learn Medicine Buddha, a very powerful modality. In 2013, I moved to Canada and had to wait until I obtained my citizenship in 2016 to work. Unfortunately, shortly after obtaining my permanent residency, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to take time off to undergo extensive chemotherapy treatment. It was a challenging journey, but I learned a lot from that experience. My silver lining was meeting my wonderful husband after completing treatment. Then COVID hit, and once again, I was unable to resume my practice as reiki healing. Finally, it seems like all the pieces are falling into place, and I feel the need to start my practice once again.
My goal is to teach as many people as possible who are interested in learning, and I have started a group in the community with like-minded individuals to host Reiki Share Circles and Meditation groups. I want to offer my reiki healing treatments to whoever may benefit from the modalities I have learned. I like to incorporate Reiki with crystal therapy and tuning forks for my sessions. I feel that since I have this knowledge, why not use it and share it to benefit people? After all, we are all on this journey called life, and we should help and support one another.
Additionally, I am fluent in Spanish, which could be a useful asset for those who prefer to communicate in that language.

What is involved in Crystal Therapy Class?
In this class you receive an attunement for better communication with crystals we cover everything from History of crystal therapy to how to cleanse program and use crystal as well as gridding etc.
What is involved in Tuning fork Class ?
In this class we learn how to use tuning forks, picking the right tuning forks all about their various different tones and uses. As well as learning how to clear the bioenergy fields of the body. And last but not least how to use tuning forks in a session.

Twice a month I host Reiki Shares and Sound Baths.
Reiki Shares entail like minded people and local practitioners of all Reiki levels coming together for a beautiful energetic exchange.
Sound Baths include a guided meditation and some gentle breath work accompanied by the beautiful symphonic sounds to soothe your mind, body and spirit.
