AUGUST 9TH REIKI LEVEL ONE: Learn this beautiful gentle healing modality opening you up to a world of unconditional love healing compassionate energy this is a certification class it begins at 10AM - 3:00PM early registration is required for prior prep to class the cost iOS $150 it includes a manual certificate. AUGUST 15TH REIKI LEVEL TWO : This class takes you to the next level of this beautiful loving healing modality it begins at 10AM -3:00PM it's a bit more in depth training you also receive three Reiki symbols , learn how to use this modality in various different ways. SEPTEMBER 19TH AUTUMN EXHALE DAY RETREAT: Pamper yourself with a day tailored just for your relation. This event begins at 9:30AM - 1:30 PM opening intro and opening circle, gentle yoga moving into a Meditation/Massage , break with delicious healthy food and drinks journaling optional arts and crafts , gentle Qi-gong intro and moving into a beautiful Sound Bath  and ending with a closing circle and gifts bag souvenirs all of this while taking in the beautiful ocean views of  The Maritime Heritage Centre the cost is $100 payable by e-transfer to seasonalretreatscr@gmail.com  registration now open limited seating available reserve your spot today.
