MARCH 21ST: 11AM  Sound Bath Meditation CR Community Centre Room 1, this event is $20 please reserve your spot by e-transfer to silviasheavenlyenergy@gmail.com this event has limited seating to ensure everyone is comfortable we will be introducing some new vibrations ensuring a deeper transcendental experience, celebration the Spring Equinox weekend, please bring your mat, pillow and or blanket.

MARCH 28TH:  10-3:30PM Tuning Fork Therapy class. This comprehensive one-day, 6-hour class covers the history of tuning fork therapy, how to use weighted and unweighted tuning forks, and various types of tuning forks and their applications. This class is a certification class advance sign-up is required due to limited seating, the price for this class is $175.
